What's
Included:
Custom Logo
We will design a beautiful logo reflecting your personality and tailored to your marketing and website needs.
Custom Website
Using the information gathered in our initial consultation, the photoshoot, and the newly created design elements, we will create a tailor-made website that is unique to who you are and appropriate for your industry. The Professional Package includes a 1-5 page website, with up to 3 revisions during the design process. This also includes a professional email address.
PhotoShoot
During your photoshoot, we will capture quality, professional shots for your website as well as for use within your industry. The Professional Package Photoshoot includes 3 outfit changes and 2 background/location settings. It also includes your choice of 3 professionally edited photos for you to use as you please. *If meeting is not possible/you are located outside of the greater tri-state area, we will work with you to find a reputable photographer in your area and will not charge you for this service.
Digital Marketing Material
The digital marketing material included in this package will bring your new professional branding to your social media platforms. This package includes: 15 editable "story" templates for social media, banner designs for 3 social media platforms of your choosing, and a packet of 27 editable social media post templates.
Print Marketing Material
The print marketing material within this package includes: the design and print of custom stationary and envelopes (or postcards), business cards, and a resume and cover letter design (available for print or editable document). For actors, this may also include 100 headshot prints.
Time frame
The time frame for project completion depends on your specific needs. Usually a project takes 4-8 weeks to complete, but if you are in a time crunch, let us know and can expedite the process.
Cost
Depending on your personal needs, the cost of the Professional Package ranges from $1,100-1,300 paid over the span of the project development in 3 installments: the Initial Deposit, the Mid-Project Payment, and the Final Payment.
Project timeline
Initial Consultation
Upon receiving the project inquiry, we will ask you to complete a questionnaire to learn more about you and your business. After receiving your questionnaire, we’ll conduct an initial consultation to evaluate your desires for the project and it’s design elements. Your First deposit will be due at this time (usually 1/3rd of the project cost).
Mid-Project Check Point
At this stage in the project we would have developed your design parameters, captured your headshots, and would be nearing the completion of your website. At our mid-project checkpoint we will discuss the project to date, and any changes/revisions that you would like to see moving forward. The Mid-Project Payment will be due at this time (the 2nd of the 3 installments).
Conclusion
At the conclusion of your project, we will conduct a closing evaluation where all design elements would be finalized, your website complete, and your print marketing material will be ready to be shipped to you. The Final installment payment will be due at this time.
